About my client

My client is a well-established consulting firm with a strong track record in IT and business solutions. Following successful collaborations with external partners, they are now setting up a dedicated BI & AI department to support clients with innovative and flexible data-driven solutions. Their customer base includes companies in software, ERP, retail, construction, and logistics.

Is this you?

• At least 3 years of experience with Power BI, including advanced dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and data modeling.
• Fluent in Dutch, able to communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Bonus: knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, or other BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience in AI, BI or Data Science is considered an advantage.

Where you will add value:

• Design, develop, and manage Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Optimize data flows and turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate requirements into BI solutions.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and user experience.
• Contribute to process improvements, data quality, and governance standards.
• Play a central role in growing and shaping the new BI & AI department.

Practical details

• Location: Antwerp Area
• Start Date: ASAP, Latest November.
• Hybrid: 2 days per week onsite, with some weeks fully remote.
• Duration: 12-month mission, with long-term outlook.
• Engagement: Freelance.
• Process: One interview stage followed by onsite onboarding.
